Can I try a class without an account?
Try a Free Class opens Talking About the Future at /english-vital-lab/free-class. Explore ARRIVE, BUILD, USE IT, MAKE IT YOURS and FINISH, with language examples from A1 to B2. Practice and personal responses stay in page memory only and disappear on reload. This guest class creates no account, grades, official assessment, Lesson Passed, saved progress, Teacher assignment, paid access or financial record. B2 examples here do not publish the B2 course.
Can I register as a Student now?
Student registration is temporarily closed. Enrollment will open soon. Existing Admin and Teacher can continue to log in. You can explore the free Guest Class without creating an account. Existing members can still log in.
What is English Vital Lab?
English Vital Lab is a guided English learning experience inside English Vital City. Independent study and work with a Teacher have distinct, clearly labeled progress.
How do Live packages work?
Live packages contain a fixed number of 40-minute classes and a weekly frequency. A package remains available while its units remain; Teacher completion consumes a unit, not simply opening Agenda.
What is Self Study?
Self Study provides calendar-month Content Access plus one private 30-minute Teacher check-in for that paid period. It does not require a recurring Live schedule.
What happens after I pay?
New Student registration is temporarily closed. When enrollment reopens, create or use your existing account, verify your email and report the real payment. Admin must confirm it before paid access opens. Admin then assigns a Teacher; a pending report alone grants no access.
What is Placement, and can I skip it?
Placement is an optional short assessment after confirmed paid access. You may start from A1 without taking it or having a speaking review. It recommends a starting point; it does not award passed lessons.
Why might I need a speaking review?
Starting above A1 requires the assigned Teacher's oral confirmation. For Live this is a separate review without consuming a class unit. Self Study may use the monthly check-in.
Can I study while my Self Study speaking review is pending?
Yes. Your official starting point remains A1 while your Teacher confirms your recommended level. You can keep exploring any available lesson in the City, including A2/B1, and record normal Personal Study where permitted. This does not promote your official Starting Level or award Lesson passed.
How are class times chosen?
For Live, resolve your starting level, then select exactly your plan's weekly frequency from your assigned Teacher's published availability. Your Teacher approves it. Initial schedules start as soon as approved or next Monday after approval.
Is B2 available as a starting level?
Not yet. Placement recommends A1, A2 or B1. A strong result may say B1+ / Teacher review, but B1 remains the highest available start.
